Rahul is also serving on the panel of Standing counsel for Indirect Taxes, Ministry of Finance, GoI. Rahul is an Advocate on Record in Supreme Court of India and is also a Registered Patent Agent

K.K.Verma - Consultant

K.K.Verma retired officer of the Indian Revenue Service with over four decades of distinguished experience in the investigation and enforcement of white-collar crimes and economic offences. 

He has served in premier enforcement and intelligence agencies of the Government of India, including the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), the Directorate General of Central Excise Intelligence (DGCEI), the Enforcement Directorate (ED), the Financial Intelligence Unit – India (FIU-IND), and the Directorate General of Export Promotion. His expertise spans across areas such as anti-money laundering, customs and excise enforcement, foreign exchange violations, trade-based financial fraud, and illicit financial flows.

In recognition of his outstanding service and contribution to the nation, Mr. Verma has been honoured with the Presidential Award for Distinguished Service, in addition to several other commendations and accolades conferred by the Government of India over the course of his career. 

Moitreyee Banerjee - Consultant

Moi is a legal professional with over a decade of experience in advising clients in the area of Banking & Finance covering both international and Indian domestic markets. Having started her career in a Magic Circle law firm, Moi has gone on to work for one of India's leading law firms followed by her most recent experience of being a senior member of the in-house legal team at one of India's largest private sector bank. Her breadth of experience covers advising her financial institutions and large corporate clients on transactional and advisory matters in the areas of banking & finance, non-contentious aspects of insolvency & restructuring, contract management and routine credit agreement compliance issues.
